Casa Raices Hotel Luxury & Vinedo - Los Galvanes

The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms were super clean and had all the facilities I needed. The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home. The breakfast each morning was delicious and a great start to my day.

I had an incredible stay at this place! The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and breathtaking scenery. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff that went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping ensured that the room was always clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the grocery shopping service, which made it convenient for me to have everything I needed during my stay. The airport shuttle was also a great convenience, making it easy for me to get to and from the hotel. The welcome drink was a nice touch and set the tone for a fantastic stay.

The restaurant and wines were good. We took a 5 course wine tasting which was enjoyable. Isabel and Mauricio were great and showed us around. the rooms and the grounds were beautiful, well-maintained, and picturesque. the location was ideal and easily accessible from the major sightseeing attractions.

The check-in process was not up to the mark, we had to ask for everything and we didn't get much information at all. the bed in the room was very noisy and creaked with every movement.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Isabel and Mauricio during the wine tour and tasting. the grounds were well-maintained and the rooms were luxurious with beautiful decorations. We enjoyed the delicious restaurant and breakfast. the location was perfect with stunning views of the surrounding area and easy access to various activities.

While the check-in process was not very informative, once we asked for help, the staff was willing to assist us with any questions we had.

The atmosphere was truly romantic and relaxing. We loved being surrounded by lush gardens and vineyards. The restaurant served delicious food with a wide selection of wines, and the 5 course wine tasting was an unforgettable experience. The staff, especially Isabel and Mauricio, were friendly and helpful in making our wine tour and tasting enjoyable.

It would have been better to have a small kitchen in the room, as it was a bit limited for preparing snacks. The bedroom was stunning, but the bed was squeaky and the floors were not even.
